Porto Muiños Kombu Seaweed is a fleshy and slightly cartilaginous natural product. Protein sources rich in Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, and Iodine, making it ideal for vegetarian or vegan diets. If you need to follow a diet low in iodine (for example, if we have hyperthyroidism), it is recommended to cook them beforehand so that part of their iodine content evaporates with the heat.
